06 Days / 05 Nights Safari

Taking its name from the 'horny' animal and a gruelling annual off-road 4x4 motorcross As the name suggests, the safari is trully 'Out of Africa'.  Travelling in style, this safari blends the very best of game viewing, scenic beauty, culture and peoples of Kenya - while accommodation is in top-of-the-range lodges and camps.  You get a chance to see at close range Africa's second highest and snow-capped Mount Kenya - enjoy escorted bush walks and sumptuous bush meals, take in diverse topographies from savannahs to schrubland and forests, while enjoy some of the most diverse and concentrated game viewing in the world.

Day 01: NAIROBI
Arrive Jomo Kenyatta Airport and transfer to your Nairobi hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure for activities in Nairobi.
Overnight at NGONG HOUSE / HOUSE OF WAINE / GIRAFEE MANOR / PALACINA HOTEL.
 

Day 02:  NAIROBI – FLY LAIKIPIA
Breakfast at the Hotel.  Transferred to Wilson Airport for schedule or private charter flight to Laikipia.  On arrival at the local Laikipia Airstrip, met and transferred to Lodge/Camp game viewing en route.  Lunch at Lodge/Camp.  Afternoon game activities in the Conservation area. 
Dinner and overnight at LEWA WILDERNESS / LOISABA LODGE / BORANA LODGE / SABUK LODGE.

Day 03:  LAIKIPIA
Full day of game activities in the Conservation Area. 
All meals and overnight at LEWA WILDERNESS / LOISABA LODGE / BORANA LODGE / SABUK LODGE.

Day 04:  LAIKIPIA – FLY MAASAI MARA
After breakfast at the Camp/Lodge, transferred to the local airstrip for schedule or private charter flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve.  On arrival at the local Maasai Mara Airstrip, met and transferred to Lodge/Camp game viewing en route.  Lunch at Lodge/Camp.  Afternoon game activities in the Reserve. 
Dinner and overnight at GOVERNOR’S IL MORAN CAMP / MARA EXPLORER CAMP / ELEPHANT PEPPER CAMP / KICHWA TEMBO BATELEUR / COTTARS 1920’S CAMP / SARUNI LODGE.

Day 05:  MAASAI MARA
Morning and afternoon game activitees.  All meals and overnight at GOVERNOR’S IL MORAN CAMP / MARA EXPLORER CAMP / ELEPHANT PEPPER CAMP / KICHWA TEMBO BATELEUR / COTTARS 1920’S CAMP / SARUNI LODGE.

Day 06: MAASAI MARA – FLY NAIROBI
Early morning game drive. After breakfast transferred back to the airstrip for scheduled or private charter flight to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to Carnivore Restaurant (or similar) for dinner. 
Thereafter transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for departure flight.
