Campi ya Kanzi
Campi ya Kanzi
Campi ya Kanzi, "Camp of the Hidden Treasure" in Kiswahili, lies within a 400-square-mile Maasai private land in Southern Kenya, dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro. There are six thatched roof tented cottages, of stones, fabric, and wood, each enjoying a different view with a wide veranda to provide superb views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tsavo Hills or Chyulu Hills.

They feature twin or king-size beds, made at the camp with local logs, with specially made linen imported from Italy, a clothes room between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom. The Maasai are the landlords, making it one of the last unspoiled areas of Africa and connecting three national parks (Chyulu, Tsavo and Amboseli), the property is home to a vast wildlife and birdlife population. Here, you will learn about genuine Maasai lifestyle, about their land, their culture. Safaris are tailor-made to your taste, abilities and desires.

Experience the thrill of tracking game on foot with traditional Maasai. Activities include game drives in open Land Rover, Tsavo and Chyulu National Park excursions, Maasai cultural villages visits, bush breakfast, picnic, dinner, forest walks, escorted game walks, bird watching, visit the Trust activities (schools, dispensaries, etc.), mobile camping and optional air excursions, including a Kilimanjaro scenic flight.
